Status of this notice

This notice describes the current local-review implementation. The operator must review it before publication. Changes to hosting or data collection require a further review. The contact address below is reserved while email receiving is being configured.

The website page

This version has no account registration, contact form backend, advertising, comments or remote analytics enabled. It does not send the player’s score or a game-ready event to an analytics service.

The website serves its styles, icons and preview images from the same website origin. Opening an external link or starting the separate game service creates requests to that destination.

The separate game service

After you choose to start, your browser requests the game and its resources from the configured game service. Those requests necessarily expose ordinary connection information, such as the network address and browser request headers, to the receiving service.

The supplied build uses browser site data, including OPFS for game resource files and localStorage for settings such as volume and sensitivity. These files are not proof that a round or score has been saved. Top-level and embedded storage behavior may differ.

Managing browser data

You can manage website and game site data through your browser. Clearing game data can reset settings and require resources to be transferred again. The browser controls available capacity, partitioning and eviction; permanent storage is not guaranteed.

Closing the website player removes its game document. This does not itself clear resource files already stored by the browser.

Hosting and future changes

The project is prepared for Cloudflare Pages, with the separate game served through a Cloudflare Worker. Actual service-side access logs and retention settings need operator confirmation before publication; this notice does not invent a retention period.

If remote analytics, advertisements, comments or another collection feature is later enabled, its actual behavior, consent requirements and contact information must be reviewed before release.
